About the publication
A running record of Indian defence, kept in one place.
Netram Defence Review began as an X account, posting what could be established about Indian defence developments as they happened — trials cleared, ships commissioned, squadrons re-equipped, orders signed, exercises concluded. Four years of that produced something the timeline was never built to hold: a record.
This website is that record, rearranged. The same reporting is grouped by desk, dated and cross-referenced, so a claim made this week can be read against what the desk wrote about the same programme two years ago. Posts are not deleted when they age; they are filed.
What the site adds is search, comparison and reference across time, rather than a feed that scrolls away. A trial gate reached in March is only meaningful next to the gates before it, and a procurement figure means little without the framework it replaced. The desks exist to keep those pairings close at hand.
